The Journalism Program is open to all students. Students are invited to apply for the Journalism Minor in the Spring semester.
Students are invited to apply for the Journalism Minor in the Spring semester. Applications will be accepted starting Feb. 1, 2027, until Feb. 19, 2027, at midnight ET. Please copy the application form and submit your documents electronically to journalism@georgetown.edu.
Selection will be based on overall academic performance and strength of the application essay. A demonstrated interest in journalism, including prior newsroom experience through internships and/or campus news media participation, will also be strongly considered.
